Recom started with fitter, turned Director, Fred Steptoe. Fred has many years of experience carrying out maintenance on vehicles, plant and tools. Fred passed on all his knowledge and has now retired.
He was soon joined by Perry Baker and with their combined experience, Recom Surfacing Ltd are now able to offer 24 Hour call outs! What this means is we have fitters who can be on-site at any hour to repair faults and breakdowns so that our projects run smoothly and on time.
We have a purpose built yard for plant repairs, HGV Repairs, Van Repairs, servicing and storage. These repairs and servicing are undertaken by our fitters; Perry and Glen.
